Name Change: To change your name after registration, submit a request to support with a scanned copy of your NID. Updates are typically processed within 24 hours.

Two of us at home want to play Seria — can we create two separate accounts from the same device?

As per Seria's terms Each person may only register one account — This is strictly enforced.

For two people in the same household:

                  Two different people can manage separate accounts from the same device or IP address — but each account must have completely different details (name, NID, mobile number, and email). Using one person's information for another's account, or having two accounts under the same person, will result in both accounts being permanently closed.
                

Bonus Abuse: Multiple welcome bonuses from the same household are not allowed — the system detects this automatically. This rule exists to keep the playing field fair for everyone.
